Our Box Fit session is a low impact, high energy cardiovascular workout that captures the strengths of boot camp, cross training and sport specific exercises combined with the fun style of cardio boxing focusing on fitness and toning.
Box Fit will improve your stamina and strengthen muscle and bone tissue and is guaranteed to push your body to its limits with noticeably quick and amazing results! This specialised training is developed for all fitness levels which would allow you to work at your own peak performance.
The sessions are led by Josh Edwards, a fully qualified Level 3 Advanced / Level 4 Master Trainer; with a special focus on strength and conditioning coaching with professional athletes, a successful fight coach and MMA instructor working with ranked K1 and MMA cage fighters.
