Sharing physical activities with your kids is a great way to build family bonds.
Our family sessions provide a great opportunity for the whole family to spend time together. They get your hearts pumping, help everyone burn calories, and help kids to get rid of excess energy (which in turn has proven to improve school performance!).
But perhaps most importantly, because inactive kids are most likely to become inactive adults, making family fitness part of your child’s life at an early age, can go a long way towards helping them form healthy habits for life. Not that they’ll care about that right now; so our job is to make sure that they see that exercise is fun, feels like play, and is enjoyable.
We work with the whole group to create family fitness plans that parents can do with their children; ones that all the family will love and benefit from. The fitness plans are driven by the enthusiasm of the younger members, instead of being instigated as a chore by the older ones!
