Our fun physical training session specifically designed for teenagers involves an hour of cardiovascular and body weight exercises and ‘TeenFit‘ is aimed at boosting speed, strength, and core stability (which is also ideal for improving sports performance)
Exercise also has profound health benefits for adolescents – increased energy, healthy weight and it can also lead to improved academic performance. Not only that, there are numerous mental health benefits particularly in relation to depression and encouraging improved self-perception, confidence and of course MOOD!
The sessions run on Saturday mornings at 9.00 am on Wandsworth Common by the Skylark Cafe. There’s no need to book, just drop-in and the cost is £10 per person.
