We offer a mix of live and online classes for all ages and fitness levels.

 Early Hit (45 mins)

• Monday 06:30- with Will
• Wednesday 06:30- with Mel

Mixed Circuits (45 mins)

Daily classes with Tash, Will, Valeriia & Mel:
• Monday 09:10
• Tuesday 09:00
• Wednesday 09:00
• Friday 08:30 – Online & Live
• Saturday 09:00 – Online & Live

These sessions combine burner, core & cardio, strength, and conditioning.

Quick Fit (30 mins)

Online & Live with Mel:
• Monday 08:30

• Thursday 08:30

Over 60s Fitness

• Tuesday 11:15
• Thursday 11:15
• Friday 11:15

Women’s Football Fitness

• Friday 09:30 – Wandsworth Common

Saturday Kids Football

– Must be booked in advance, see Bookings page, Termly booking available.  Runs 1030 – 1130.

Monday After School Football

– For children age 4+. Must be booked in advance.  Termly booking available.  From 1600.  See Bookings page

Drop-In Classes (locations):

Buy a monthly pass for unlimited or weekly drop-in Mixed Circuits, 45 Burner Classes, Quick Fit and an Early Hiit Class.  For prices and to book please go to our bookings page.

Early Hiit Mixed Circuits, Quick Fit & Early Hiit:  Most sessions will take place on Wandsworth Common, on the track next to the pull up bars on the corner of Dorlcote Road across from the Skylark Cafe.  If this area is too waterlogged, we will be across from this location by the playground or on the small paved area in between the Skylark Cafe and the playground.   Our 0630 early hiit sessions can generally be found here by the playground.

Women’s Football:  Women’s Drop in Football sessions take place at the following location throughout the year (please check dates to the left to see if all classes are running or email us at info@openairfit.com):

Friday – Wandsworth Common, Bolingbroke Grove side, opposite Broomwood Road

Over 60s Fitness Sessions: These take place in the dog free zone next to the Skylark Cafe in the middle of Wandsworth Common.
